APUS
Apus雨燕 is an independent literary magazine and global writers’ community working bilingually in Chinese and English. We publish poetry, prose, visual art, and works that move fluidly between forms. With particular attention to diasporic voices, Apus cultivates emerging creative impulses, reflective thoughts, and intriguing storytelling.
Each issue is conceived as a site of experimentation, where content and form exist in deliberate equilibrium. Our practice represents a contemporary continuation of East Asian aesthetic heritages. Guided by principles of attentiveness, restraint, and resonance, our design ethos reinterprets these values within present-day artistic languages. Narrative is not simply presented, but surface gradually through structure, material, and craft.
雨燕是一种双脚退化的候鸟，是鸟类中长途跋涉的冠军，拉丁学名Apus，意思是“没有脚”。雨燕的北京亚种是北京城最早的居民之一，每年往返于南非和北京，历经七百年的朝代变革，在现代化建筑森林中，仍筑巢于古老楼台的飞檐翘角。
Apus雨燕是一本独立纯文学杂志。现有成员散居世界各地，因文学而聚集在一起。雨燕以双语呈现离散群体的写作与艺术，刊载诗歌、小说、非虚构、散文、视觉艺术，以及跨形式实验性创作。我们每年出版纸质及电子刊物，通过细腻的主题策划与精心的设计呈现，为新兴创作者提供表达的平台，同时探寻当下的思想与感受。语言是随身的故乡，我们以文字与纸笔，筑一座写满时空印痕的小庙。

负责杂志播客节目的整体制作与声音呈现。这个角色涵盖从选题策划、节目结构设计，到录制、剪辑与后期制作的完整流程。你将与编辑、作者与主持人密切合作，把文字、思想与对话转化为具有连贯叙事与清晰声音风格的音频内容。我们希望声音制作人不仅完成技术层面的制作工作，也能作为内容创作者参与编辑讨论，让播客成为杂志内容在声音层面的延伸。
We are looking for an Audio Producer to oversee the production and sound design of our podcast. This role covers the full audio workflow—from editorial planning and episode structuring to recording, editing, and post-production—while contributing to decisions around pacing, narrative flow, and overall listening experience. Working closely with editors, writers, and guests, the Audio Producer translates ideas, texts, and conversations into cohesive audio narratives with a distinct sonic identity. Beyond technical execution, we value producers who participate in editorial discussions and help shape the podcast as an extension of the magazine’s voice.

This role goes beyond publishing and promotion—it sits at the intersection of editorial vision and audience experience, focusing on long-term relationships rather than short-term traffic. Working closely with editors, writers, and audio producers, the Audience Editor translates our editorial values into meaningful digital presence across platforms, fosters dialogue with readers, and develops thoughtful strategies for audience engagement and growth.
